The Wings outscored the Riptide 9-1 over the last thirty minutes to cruise to their fifth win of the season, and surpass last season’s win total of four. Brett Hickey led the Wings with five goals and added one assist and Zach Higgins made 51 saves for the Wings.

Trevor Baptiste struggled at the x  going 13 for 24.

However, only 7,138 showed up to witness the Wings win their fifth game of the season. A far cry from the glory days.

Philly improves to 5-2 and New York falls to 1-6.

Jeff Shattler opened the scoring for the Rush. Only to see the Swarm score the next four goals to take the lead. A lead the Swarm would not relinquish. The Rush offense struggled scoring only four goals through three quarters before scoring six goals in the fourth quarter, which was too little too late.

Lyle Thompson led the Swarm with five goals and Mike Poulin made 39 saves.

Georgia improves to 9-7 and Saskatchewan falls to 13-4

Trailing 6-3 going into halftime the Rock outscored the Swarm 4-0 in the third quarter to take a 7-6 lead into the fourth quarter. Only to be outscored in the final 15 minutes 5-3 and drop a heart breaking 11-10 decision to the Swarm.  Lyle Thompson led the Swarm with five goals and one assist. Tom Schreiber get well soon the Rock miss you.

Georgia improves to 8-7 and Toronto drops to 7-8.

New England remains offensive challenged even against the Vancouver Stealth.  New England did not get its first goal of the game until 5:41 into the second quarter by Stephan LeBlanc. New England clawed its way back and forced overtime. Stephen LeBlanc scored the game winner 0:45 seconds into OT.

New England improves to 5-4 and Vancouver drops to 1-10
