The Buffalo Bandits have released Devlin Shanahan from the Hold Out List.

The Calgary Roughnecks have signed Steve Fryer to a one year agreement.

The Colorado Mammoth have signed Carson Moyer to a one year agreement.

The Colorado Mammoth have signed Thomas Vela to a one year agreement.

The Georgia Swarm have signed Richie Connell, Liam McGrath and Kaleb Benedict to two year agreements.

The Halifax Thunderbirds have re-signed forward Dawson Theede to a three year contract.  Theede scored 30 goals and added 28 assists for 58 points in 18 regular season games for the Thunderbirds.

The Las Vegas Desert Dogs have signed Luke Pilcher to a two year agreement.

The Ottawa Black Bears signed transition player Jake Stevens to a two year contract. Stevens was the 10th overall pick in the 2023 NLL entry draft.

Hawks Re-Sign Turner Evans

The Rochester Knighthawks have re-signed lefty forward Turner Evans to a one year contract.

Evans scored four goals and dished out ten assists in ten games during the 2023 – 2024 season for the Knighthawks.

Gitxsan artist demands apology for use of her design on lacrosse league shirt

Stoney says she is fine with lending her creative works, such as the Indigenous feather colouring pages, for other people to use, as long as they ask for her consent to collaborate.

Lacrosse league, team promise investigation

Stoney says she contacted the Warriors who apologized and removed their Facebook post last Thursday.

“At the time we were using information provided to us regarding the artist credited for the design. We understand that this information may be incorrect and have taken the post down to slow the spread of misinformation,” the lacrosse team wrote.

The league told CBC News in an emailed statement it is investigating the T-shirt design.
