Las Vegas hires assistants

The Desert Dogs have hired Ken Millen as offensive coordinator and Rob Williams as defensive coordinator.

Ken Millen played for Ontario, Toronto and Rochester during his 11 year playing career.

Rob Williams spent three and half seasons as an assistant coach with the Calgary.

Williams played in the NLL from 1996 – 2008 for five different teams.

Warriors name Troy Cordingley as Head Coach

The Vancouver Warriors named Troy Cordingley as Head Coach today. Joining Cordingley behind the Warriors bench will be Phil Sanderson as Assistant Coach while Curtis Hodgson (Assistant Coach), Dan Perreault (Video Coach), and Dwight Maetche (Goaltending Coach) have all have been retained.

Cordingley has a career record of 103-83 which include stops in Calgary, Toronto, and Buffalo.

Rock sign Sawyer to a 2 year deal

Matt Sawyer will remain behind the Rock bench for two more seasons.

The Rock also added some familiar faces behind the bench to assist Sawyer.

Rusty Kruger will now coach the Rock’s offence replacing Blaine Manning.

The Rock also added Colin Doyle to the coaching staff as an associate coach. Doyle will work behind the scenes and at practices, assisting with player development and lending his offensive expertise to the coaching staff.
