With the game tied at 11 – 11 the Firewovles score two late goals to bury the Mammoth and secure the dub.
Rookie of the Year favorite Alex Simmons scored four goals and dished out one assist and Doug Jamieson returned between the pipes to make 50 saves for the Firewolves.
Eli McLaughlin scored three goals and dished out three assists.
And just the Attack before them the Firewolves are struggling mightily to get fans into the building.
Albany improves to 7-2 and Colorado falls to 3-7.
