Thoughts

Nice pick up for Colorado. Looks like the Mammoth still have hopes of making the playoffs.

The Riptide on the other hand are looking towards the 2021 season and quite possibly the 1st overall pick in the upcoming entry draft.

Vegas AHL Franchise

The Golden Knights also announced a new 6,000-seat arena will be built in suburban Henderson as the permanent home to the AHL team.

The AHL team will use “Henderson” in its name and the Henderson Silver Knights was one of the top options for a team name.

6,000 seat arena in Henderson is an ideal size for a future NLL team. Although we suspect Vegas owners would look at bigger arenas initially.
