Black Wolves and Riptide make a deal

Press Release

New York sent forward Jordan Dunston to New England in return New York receives Defender Ryan Fournier  and forward Myles Jones and the 24th pick in the 2019 NLL entry draft.

It should be interesting to see if Myles Jones reports to the Riptide and New England continues to trade away draft picks.

Why NLL Why

Any other professional league would have their defending champions open the season at home. Not the NLL, the league schedule makers have the Roughnecks on the road at Vancouver to open the season on November 29.

The Roughnecks and their fans have to wait until December 21 to see the Championship banner raised to the rafters.

Way to go NLL way to go.

Seals schedule

So we are reviewing the individual team schedules and cursing the Wings  schedule. ( Its like Frenchie never left.) Hey at least the Wings did not schedule a Friday 10 am game.

However, we think the San Diego Seals might just have reached bush league status.  Two of the Seals nine home games will be at venues to be announced.

This is the type of gimmick that screams bush league and shows why the San Diego Seals and the NLL continue to struggle to gain mainstream acceptance.

Seals going outdoors…to Vegas maybe.
