Small audience watches PLL debut on NBCSportsNet

H/t to OSC for this information.

The Premier Lacrosse League debuted this week with their first weekend of games, including one broadcast on NBC Sports Network. The broadcast didn’t rate in the Top 150 cable shows in the demo, which would have been a 0.05 rating on Sunday.

2019 Expansion Draft set for July 9th

Press Release

So nice of the league to finally find time to publish this information. Nevermind that the Swarm let the cat out of the bag on May 29.

For anyone not paying attention or needs a reminder. Since the article disappeared from the Swarm site. ( Guessing they got a tap on the shoulder, and the intern got fired.)

JUNE 25 – PROTECTED PLAYER LISTS SUBMITTED/PLAYER SIGNINGS PROHIBITED

Per the CBA, a maximum of five forwards and one goaltender can be put on a team’s protected player list. To make sure every list is on the up-and-up, NLL Commissioner Nick Sakiewicz has to approve all 11 teams’ lists.
