Rock jumped out to an early 5-0 lead and led 6-5 after 15 minutes. The Swarm fought back and led 9-8 at halftime. Miles Thompson scored a power play goal at 10:55 of the fourth quarter for the Swarm to force overtime.  Shayne Jackson scored the winner at 3:55 of OT for the Swarm.

Georgia improves to 4-4 and Toronto drops to 5-4.

Someone tell Denise Watkins to get off twitter and work on fixing the problems with her lacrosse team.  Start by firing Doug Locker and Jamie Batley and Batley’s assistants.  Followed by blowing up the roster in the off-season. The Stealth desperately need a house cleaning both on the management side and the player side.

With Georgia leading 4-3 in the second quarter. The Knighthawks scored seven unanswered goals to take a commanding 10-4 lead. The hole was too deep for the Swarm to dig out of. With the win Rochester snaps a six game losing streak.

 

Rochester improves to 3-6 and Georgia falls to 3-5.
